THEN WE HAVE THE ROLE FOR YOU
We are currently working with a very well known brand in Milton Keynes who are seeking a Customer Complaints Administrator. This is a very heavily admin based role. There will be some telephone work, mainly outbound calls, but you could expect to take 20-30 calls per shift.
Although this role is Hybrid, you will need to be based in **MILTON KEYNES**, due to the role eventually being office based.
This role is working on a rotational shift basis:
- Week 1 - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - up to **TWO DAYS IN THE OFFICE** based in Milton Keynes
Week 2 - Tuesday to Saturday 3pm to 11pm - **FULLY REMOTE**
All equipment will be provided for remote working
Full training will be provided in your first week, this will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - **BASED IN MILTON KEYNES**
**Experience Required**:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience of CRM systems
- Happy to make outbound calls when required
Expected hours of work: 37.5 per week
