We are looking for an experienced **Operations Suppport Manager**to join our team. This role requires flexibility due to potential travel across all operating locations, however a base location can be discussed at the interview.

**What will you be doing as our Operations Support Manager?**

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will provide flexible Operational Management support, providing relief management cover and supporting sites through peak activity period and play an integral role in the delivery of training, projects, auditing and continuous/business improvement initiatives across the business.

**What will you be responsible for as our Operations Support Manager?**
- Act as flexible management support supporting sites in maintaining and exceeding business and Client KPI’s
- Take a lead role in the delivery of projects, training and implementation of new business processes and procedures throughout the local area within pre-defined timescales
- Compliance auditing and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Development of training and materials to support business improvement initiatives and both local and business wide training needs
- Operational Management accountability while providing site cover.

**Who are we looking for?**

To be successful as our Operations Support Manager you will have the below skills and experience:

- 3 years experience of managing 2-person Home Delivery operations, therefore having a CPC qualification will be essential
- Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise to achieve tangible results
- Project Management experience
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
- Excellent coaching and counselling skills
- Ability to summarise data and prepare reports
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively
- Flexible and able to work weekends
