Domiciliary Care Coordinator

We are looking for kind, energetic and enthusiastic individuals to become part of our caring support team at QGR GROUP
Our care has a strong focus on the social aspect of life, ensuring the people we support enjoy our company and feel fulfilled. We support people to take part in leisure activities. We also support people with the more practical side of life, such as providing personal care, medication administration, cleaning and meal preparation.
**What we require from you**:
- Ensuring that the staff deliver high-quality and personalised care to patients
- Managing budgets and ensuring the financial effectiveness of medical care settings
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff and communicating the needs of patients to Medical Staff
- Ensuring health and safety compliance
- Liaising with local community organisations and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders
- Ensuring that all activities such as personal care and medication administration meet the required standards
- Preparing reports related to the progress of patients
- Planning and utilising resources and staying updated with the clinical knowledge to ensure that patients receive the best care
- To have good knowledge of Safeguarding and Social Care Skills.
- Be a good team player and be flexible.
- To be able to demonstrate compassion and empathy.
- Able to be a team player
- NVQ or QCF Level 3 Health & Social Care or Level 3 Diploma is desired but not essential.
**Skills**:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with different kinds of people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prepare comprehensive reports
- Passion for helping people and providing personalised care
- Strong leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate others
- In-depth understanding of the organisation’s policies and medical regulations
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and respect for patients
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft office tools such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at a time
- You will be used to working in a fast-paced environment.
- You will be person centred at all times and ensure empowerment is at the heart of everything you do.
- You are aware of the aims and objectives of QGR GROUP and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve them.
- Attending team/ staff meetings and making a positive contribution.
- Actively contributing to the development of the team
- Receiving and storing information to improve communication
- Being willing to give and receive feedback on performance with colleagues and managers
- Monitoring the conduct of colleagues and referring on any causes for concern (Whistleblowing)
- Being familiar with all policies and procedures of the company and adhering to them
