About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to adults with mental health problems, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying a clinical caseload and providing psychological interventions at a one-to-one and group level.
  • Developing and implementing specialist programmes of care, care packages, and providing specialised advice in relation to care.
  • Working closely with commissioners and care providers to ensure effective service delivery.
Requirements
  • Educated to diploma/degree level and registered with the appropriate professional body.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working with adults with mental health problems with a complex nature.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of working within the recovery focused philosophy framework.
What We Offer
  • An annual salary of £32,000 - £43,000 depending on experience.
  • Opportunities for continued professional development and training in Structured Clinical Management and other therapeutic models.
