**Job Description of English Language School Student Recruitment Officer**

**Job Overview**

The purpose of the role is to coordinate the academy’s student recruitment to attract and convert potential students. We are looking for a creative and professional individual with a proactive attitude. The officer should be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people from different cultures, organise their tasks and workload, write and proofread marketing material and participate in the design of promotional materials. The role also involves working with the team to develop, manage and monitor existing communications and promotions.

We are small team, and we will be expecting you to take on other tasks such Accommodation coordination and input data.

**Main Responsibilities**

Recruit new students, promote the school, copywriting, monitor, review and produce written reports.

**Duties**

Recruitment, promotion, marketing, and monitoring:

- Plan and organise activities with the purpose of attracting new students.
- Create, organise, and manage recruitment events. Some of these activities or events might happen on weekends and the officer would be expected to attend.
- Promote the academy, its brand, staff, and students.
- Generate Marketing items for social media and academy website.
- Promote events organised, ran, or occasionally attended by the academy.
- Promote the Aims and achievements of the academy.
- Copywrite promotional material with a coherent and consistent message.
- Adhere to the Academy’s values, branding, culture, and identity.
- Follow procedure and regulations in producing any marketing material.
- Participate in producing and distributing audio visual, audio and written content across the multiple marketing platforms and channels.
- Review, evaluate and produce monthly written reports on the reach and effectiveness of the promotional and advertisement campaigns using the available tools.
- Contribute to the overall strategy to increase and improve the effectiveness of these communications.
- Team player, able to work on own initiative, creative with “Can Do” attitude.
- Excellent communication and empathetic skills.
- Respectful of other cultures.

**Essentials**:

- 1 year of experience in marketing/sales
- 1 year experience
- University Degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Writing reports
- Presentation
- Microsoft Office package

**Desirables**:

- 3 years of experience in the EFL
- Education enrolment software working knowledge.
- Driving licence and a car.
