**Job Type**:Full-time/Permanent
**Salary**: £11.50-£13.50 per hour
**Expected hours**: 8am-4pm
**Schedule**:Monday to Friday
Providing quotation or estimate services to customers in an Automotive Manufacturing Business, that provides services to other businesses.
You will be responsible for compiling quotes for a variety of services and liaise with the customers to meet their needs.
You will also be required to track estimates on a live excel document, which is tracked and amended daily.
**Job Responsibility**
- Monitor the quotes daily for a variety of Manufacturing build halls, checking data, and adjusting quotes to match output of work.
- Using Excel and in house data Platform E-apps you will export and check data for each individual job we have open and liaise with customers if adjustments are needed daily.
- Maintaining tracker for semi-finished invoices and liaising with customers to resolve.
- Sending daily and weekly reports to senior management for progress updates.
- Liaising with finance team to amend invoices where necessary
**Experience**
- Previous Automotive Industry experience preferable
- A strong attention to detail and be able to work quickly and efficiently
- **Proficiency in computer software**: knowledge of popular invoicing and accounting software systems is key to being a successful. **Strong knowledge of Excel**.
- **Data Entry Skills**: you will be entering data that’s accurate and error-free since the information needs to match up with the customer records.
- **Effective Communication and Numeracy**: must interact with Suppliers and clients regularly. They should be able to convey precise and clear invoices and details of transactions.
- **Time Management Skills**: be able to prioritise tasks and have excellent time-management skills to ensure that invoicing is accurate and efficient.
- **A clear understanding of the invoicing process**:, you must have a good understanding of the invoicing workflow so that you can generate and process invoices promptly.

A Level or equivalent
Business Studies or equivalent
Office Management qualifications Desirable
Business Management Degree Desirable
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
- invoicing: 1 year (preferable)
- Experience of estimate management (required)
**Licence/Certification**:
- Driving Licence (required)
**Ability to Commute**:
- Liverpool /Halewood
- West Midlands /Solihull
