We're looking for a Site Admin/Receptionist to join our Build Team based in Liverpool.

**Location**: Liverpool

**Contract**: Full Time, Permanent

**What will you be responsible for?**

As a Site Admin/Receptionist you'll be working within the Site Team, supporting them with onsite administrative tasks to help the smooth running of the project

Your day to day will include:

- First point of contact for all visitors and deliveries to site and other similar receptionist duties
- Downloading and publishing documents in accordance with project procedure, preparing weekly reports and updating site information boards
- Processing invoices, assisting with drawings on viewpoint and updating the drawings register
- Ordering and managing materials and supplies for site and other additional general administration
duties
- Making arrangements for meetings and site visits such as ensuring parking, booking meeting
rooms, setting up meeting rooms and providing any needs identified by stakeholders.

This role of Site Admin/Receptionist is great for you if you have:

- Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Expert use of office, PowerPoint and excel
- Ability to travel to site daily
