**Enterprise Account Executive - Talent Management**
**Central London / Hybrid**
**60-80k Base, 120-140k OTE + Excellent Benefits**

Our international client offers a unique, cloud-based AI-powered platform that connects job seekers and employers through employee-generated content. Working with flagship brands across Europe, this company is streamlining the talent management process and increasing hiring efficiency. Due to EU growth plans, they are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to further target UK Prospects

**As a London-based Enterprise Account Executive, you will**:

- Identify, map and approach enterprise prospects
- Focus on a variety of sectors
- Qualify and book discovery and demo meetings
- Manage both inbound and outbound activity
- Attend meetings, events, and networking opportunities to build out the German market
- Negotiate and close deals of varying value (30-100k)
- Receive full support (technical, product, marketing, and customer success etc.)
- Progress your career as the region grows
- Those with solid experience of identifying sales opportunities in a variety of markets
- New business focused sales performers with a track record of success
- C-Level Pitchers
- Those with the ability to manage the full 360 sales cycle
- Those with gravitas, an entrepreneurial spirit, a humble persona, and a desire to be part of an evolving company with a true growth trajectory

**The successful Enterprise Account Executive will be offered**:

- A 60-80k base salary
- An uncapped OTE of 120-140k
