**Accounts/Administrator**

Previous experience of working within a busy office, proven line management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, use of SAGE payroll and SAGE accounts packages is essential

Main duties of the role will include:

- Payroll and Time & Attendance (Sage & Infinity)
- Purchase invoices (Sage)
- Answering telephone
- Reception duties
- Printing, scanning and photocopying
- Organising paperwork and filing documents
- Ad hoc duties as required

**Hours of Work**:
Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 (30 minutes unpaid lunch break) Friday 08:30 - 16:00 (30 minutes unpaid lunch break)

**Salary**:
Negotiable, depending on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
