Job Description:
Venator is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join team at our Greatham site.

The overall purpose of the Administrator role is to provide a confidential, proficient and professional administrative service to the Site.

Job responsibilities include:
- Provide a full effective personal and confidential secretarial/administrative service to the Site Leadership Team to include diary and workflow management, mail, filing and travel arrangements as required and to prepare the necessary material for communications.- Carry out office administrative activities including visitor booking, telephone, post travel and accommodation for Greatham staff.- Manage data entry, retrieval and database maintenance, where required, including filing and archiving documents and information.- Collate information, compile reports, create spreadsheets and presentations, and taking meeting minutes as and when required.- Provide feedback and rapid response when dealing with any enquiries (internal/external).- Create documentation for site communications and distribute accordingly.- Manage the supply of stationery items, recording all relevant costing information and establish maintain and control office systems to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of information.- Manage functions; booking venues, transport etc.- Process invoices for payment and resolve invoice queries to allow invoices to be paid.- Live and demonstrate behaviours that drive a positive values-based culture.

Job-Related work experience, Skills/Knowledge Requirements:
- Educated to a good level and possess NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent.-
- Experienced user of SAP.- Be able to manage multiple tasks, communicate and coordinate between a variety of contributing groups.- Strong customer focus.- Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
