- 0179-24-RThis post will be located within the Front of House Team and cover the administration tasks at both our Hartlepool and Sunderland Campuses.

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, flexible and customer focussed individual to provide administrative support for staff and other stakeholders within the college, as well as providing a positive and responsive service in person and over the phone

Applicants should have effective communication skills, good IT skills and experience of working within a customer service environment. You should be accurate and efficient, well organised and have a flexible and positive attitude.

You must be able to use your own initiative as well as being able to work as part of a team and have the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.

Hartlepool Sixth Form is the top performing Sixth Form college in the North East for student achievement, with 100% pass rate for over 30 courses and 98% of our student progressing to either College or employment.

Here in Hartlepool, we have been delivering highly successful courses for more than 50 year as the only dedicated sixth form college in the area. Situated on the outskirts of the town centre, we have excellent facilities for both academic and vocational study with excellent sports facilities and full-equipped science labs, and have recently invested in a new digital academy and a health simulation ward.
