We are currently looking for an Administrator/Client Support Manager to support our team with administrative tasks. Full training on the specifics of the role will be provided.

Our ideal applicant will need to be available ASAP, have strong IT and communication skills, and have high attention to detail.

Typical daily responsibilities will include:

- Opening, scanning, and distributing incoming post
- Scanning documents
- Printing wealth management plans and other documents
- Carrying out Client e-identity checks
- Sending Letter of Authority to external providers
- Updating CRM systems with client personal and financial data
- Submitting client paperwork
- Handling client queries over the phone
- Processing client requests

The position will be based at our Head Office in Thame. Working hours will be 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 9am - 3pm Fridays. The contract is initially for 3 months but has a strong possibility of being extended or potentially being made permanent for the right person.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
