Want to be part of a team delivering exciting regeneration projects?

Are you an enthusiastic regeneration project manager looking for a challenge?

We need an energetic and motivated project manager to take a key role in developing and delivering our physical regeneration programme in Bridgend. The Regeneration Team has a broad portfolio of projects and requires an experienced officer to hit the ground running. You will be heavily involved in the development and delivery of strategic regeneration sites and projects across the County Borough with particular emphasis on the Bridgend Valleys area as part of our UK Government Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF).

You will also perform a key role in ensuring the County Borough directly benefits from other strategic UK and Welsh Government funding programmes, working alongside partners including Welsh Government and Cardiff Capital Region (CCR).

You will need to be a strategic thinker with good communication skills and a proven track record in successful project delivery.

The post is entirely funded through the UK Government Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) Programme and will end March 2025.

The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post
