About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our Capital Works Investment programme and Regeneration projects, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial and contractual support across various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, programme managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our Capital Works Investment programme and Regeneration projects.
  • Provide effective communication with customers, private occupants, and leaseholders, ensuring all complaints and queries are handled in accordance with company policy.
  • Offer relevant data and information as required, work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders both internally and externally, and always adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A relevant HND / HNC construction qualification.
  • Relevant experience in quantity surveying.
  • Knowledge of appropriate industry legislation, including Building Regulations, Party Wall Act, Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations, HHSRS, FFHH, etc.
  • SMSTS or equivalent qualification.
