We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our Capital Works Investment programme and Regeneration projects, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial and contractual support. This will involve close collaboration with project managers, programme managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide financial and contractual support across various projects
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Handle customer complaints and queries effectively
- Provide relevant data and information as required
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders both internally and externally
- Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures
- HND/HNC construction qualification and relevant experience in quantity surveying
- Knowledge of industry legislation, including Building Regulations, Party Wall Act, and Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations
- SMSTS or equivalent qualification
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and complex databases
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with a flexible approach to work
- Ability to work effectively within a team and liaise with stakeholders
- Salary: £43,803.75
- Sabbatical Leave Policy: 12 months of sabbatical leave after 3 years of service
- Enhanced Annual Leave: 25 days annual leave (increasing to 30 days after 3 years' service)
