We are a dynamic construction company based in Bridgend, seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Estimation and Management: Estimate costs for construction projects, prepare detailed quantity requirements, and monitor construction budgets to ensure expenses are tracked and managed effectively.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best pricing and ensure project success.
  • Project Cost Review: Review and update project costs as construction work progresses, ensuring accurate financial reporting and budget adherence.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of cost estimation software and project management principles.
