  4. Conduct regular health, safety, and environmental risk assessments, ensuring necessary documents are saved and submitted.
  5. Engage with clients, local authorities, contractors, office staff, and site teams to ensure effective collaboration.
  6. Attend, document, and report on progress/pre-start/general meetings with clients and contractors.
  7. Maximize revenue from chargeable remedial and changes of specification, documenting all variations.
Requirements:

This role requires a professional with excellent communication skills, IT literacy, and strong leadership abilities.

The successful candidate will be able to prioritize a busy workload, manage multiple projects, and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
