Our client are a leading organisation within the transport and rail industry based in Luton and are looking for a HR Administrator to provide support to the HR Coordinator.
**Description**
As a HR Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the HR Coordinator
- Processing annual leave
- Managing the employee life-cycle
- Supporting with on-boarding new staff
- Providing admin support to the HR department
- Note-taking in meetings
**Profile**
The successful HR Administrator will:
- Have previous administration experience
- Have high attention to detail
- Be very organised
- Excellent communicator
- Ideally wanting to pursue a career in HR
