Do you have some previous recruitment administration experience, either working in a recruitment agency or in-house recruitment or HR team? Or have you worked as a HR Administrator and been responsible for onboarding new starters?

I am currently working with a fantastic growing business who are about to move their whole Recruitment function into brand new offices in Luton, creating a recruitment hub to streamline all processes.

Due to this change, there is now the demand for two Recruitment Administrators who will help assist with the full onboarding process of new employees, Right To Work and Reference checking.

This will be working closely alongside a hardworking, driven and extremely supportive team of recruitment consultants

**Salary**: £24-25k

Please note, this role is fully office-based.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Processing and checking all pre-employment screening documentation such requesting and reviewing DBS, right to work documents, employment references, checking professional qualifications.
- Managing an on boarding and recruitment database
- Post job advertisements on the company and third-party web pages
- Liaising with line manager to set up interviews
- Previous Recruitment Administrator, Resourcing, HR Administration experience
- A basic understanding of employment contract administration is desirable
- Ability to plan and organize and prioritize workload and use initiative
- Able to deal with demanding internal and external clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure at times and effective at working to deadlines.

- Attention to detail
