An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Shrewsbury Agency.
**About the role**:
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person who would enjoy working as part our team, providing the award-winning service NFU Mutual offers to new and existing clients.
In this office-based role you will be:
- Speaking to customers to resolve queries, provide quotations and discuss our range of products and services.
- Processing and dispatching documents to a high standard.
- Working with other members of the team, completing administrative tasks as required.
- Based on an agreed working pattern on weeks days only.
- Supported with a training plan to enable you to grow into this role.
**About you**:
- You will enjoy having conversations with people, listening and learning about their needs.
- Have a clear, friendly and professional approach
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Able to use a range of Microsoft systems.

**Salary**: Based on a full time equivalent between £21,150 to £27,000 plus bonus arrangements.
**Please note you will be employed by an Agent of NFU Mutual and not NFU Mutual directly.**
