**Customer Service Advisor**
- Competitive salary of **£22,425 per annum **(£11.50 per hour) for the 12 week probation period.
- Full time hours (37.5 p/w) worked Monday to Friday between core hours of 9am-5pm - so you can have your weekends to yourself

**The role**

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience focusing on first time resolutions, supporting internal and external customers. You will also play a key role in highlighting areas of business improvement. Working as a first point of contact for our valued partners and customers, you will also:

- Ensure that the customer is at the heart of every conversation, taking a ‘customer first’ approach to query resolution
- Proactively work to mitigate any escalations
- Process customer/partner information in accordance with company processes and procedure
- Ensure that you comply with industry regulations in line with business requirements
- Keep up to date with all organisational changes in order to provide up-to-date information to our customers
- Updating each database query in a detailed manner within set time frames.
- Handling technical queries.
- Keeping customers updated for the duration of their query
- Carry out active training whilst in the office on new and existing products
- Carrying out general administration duties as necessary.

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who has:

- Experience in delivering excellent customer service (ideally within in a contact centre environment OR have relevant transferable skills)
- A desire and genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring an empathetic approach
- Confident and clear communication skills, with a tenacious attitude toward problem solving
- The ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Confident IT skills, with the ability to get up to speed with systems quickly
- Knowledge of Google Drive and Shopify would be ideal but not necessary
- Flexibility, professionalism, drive and a willingness to learn
- The ability to work effectively within a team
- Excellent and confident telephone manner. Previous experience within a call centre environment.
- Exceptional work ethic evidenced by a track record of achievement
- Previous experience in first line support would be preferred, although full training will be provided.

A Customer Service Advisor is the first point of contact for all customers enquiries, helping our customers in their times of need. From raising a concern to ensuring they receive the best possible treatment and providing that friendly voice at the other end of the phone. The role is predominantly telephone based, surrounded by a great team enabling you to thrive and really make a difference. Once competent on the telephones, alongside taking calls from our customers, you shall then have the opportunity to progress into administration (tasks such as processing enquiries, general admin queries, tasks such as following up on problems or liaising with suppliers.
