Finance Administrator

**Job Overview**
Provide dedicated administrative support to a Mitie team to ensure effective and efficient operation as directed by your line manager. The role will encompass the delivery of wide variety of tasks, with a focus of this role being the preparation of customer financial documents inclusive of back-up paperwork evidence, invoicing and tracking client POs and issuing and tracking supplier POs.
Efficient clerical and administrative support as required including but not limited to:
**Main Duties**
- delivering an excellent administrative service
- Team stationery supplies
- Purchase Orders & invoicing
- Meet, greet and escort visitors, coordinating meeting room and other requirements
- IT equipment management and records keeping
- Act as the central contact for the team, fielding and redirecting calls where required
- Ensure all associated paperwork is completed and maintained in an orderly and timely manner
- Assist in the distribution of communication material and presentations
- Any other requirements of Line Manager

- Demonstrate a proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders.
- Strong team player orientation - cooperative and willing to assist others.
- Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and excellent with numerical reasoning.
- Engaging communicator demonstrating influencing skills and an ability to adapt approaches to differing audiences.
- Well organised, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage competing demands. Strong multi-tasking capability, project and deadline oriented.
- Maintains effective work behaviour in the face of setbacks or pressure - remains calm and in control of themselves.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
