Global Trade and Receivables Finance comprises of over 4,500 people across more than 60 countries, helping suppliers and buyers with their export and import finance needs.
Trade is where HSBC began in 1865, when we financed commerce between Europe, North America and Asia. We are currently seeking a self-motivated and highly organised individual to join this team in the role of New Client Coordinator.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate the onboarding activities associated with the setup of new Receivables Finance facilities by liaising with internal and external parties to establish requirements and understand expectations Collaborate efficiently with colleagues to ensure all administration tasks are completed correctly.
- Set up IFA screens for clients and for each sales ledger required.
- Adhere to Group Compliance Policy.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a rapidly changing environment.
- A keen eye with attention to detail to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- An ability to deliver excellent customer service while proactively seeking innovative ways to improve this service.
- The experience and foresight to anticipate and solve potential problems or delays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills through a variety of mediums.
Please note: This is a hybrid role based in Worthing. The successful applicant will be expected to attend Worthing Offices at least two days per week so it is advisable that they live no more than one hour away from this location.
