Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join us. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our small office. This position requires proficiency in various administrative tasks and excellent organizational skills. This is a part-time role which would be carried out over 3 consecutive days per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office cleanliness and tidiness
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Update and maintain ongoing office utitlity contracts
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Utilize computerized systems for various administrative tasks

Skills we are looking for:

- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to type efficiently
- Ability to help keep our Health and Safety files and documents up to date.
- Additional skills in the use of Xero would be helpful, but not essential

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10,700.00 per year

Expected hours: 18 per week
