Our HR Administrative Assistant position requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. If you are passionate about HR policies and procedures and want to help a successful business continue to grow, this position is for you
- **As a HR Administrator, here are a few things you will be responsible for**:_
- On-boarding new employees to the business by managing proof of right to work checks, and new starter paperwork.
- Ensuring DSE assessments are completed for all employees.
- Completing reference checks for all new employees.
- Leading and managing all health & safety requirements.
- Generating monthly tracker reports to monitor YTD progress for different measurables.
- Maintaining employee records.
- Updating HR databases (e.g. new hires, leavers, holiday and absence).
- Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
- Ensuring all return-to-work forms are completed and uploaded to the relevant employee file.
- Adhoc duties to support the HR Manager.
- **Desired Qualifications**:_
- CIPD Level 3 is desired or if you are currently mid-way through completing this qualification, we would love to hear from you too.
