**Description**
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
Document Management
- Prepare, proofread and format legal documents such as contracts and correspondence.
- Maintain and organise electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with all aspects of Select’s patent and trademark portfolio management.
**Communications**
- Maintain clear communications with clients and external parties.
**Research and Analysis**
- Conduct legal research and gather information to support the legal department
- Prepare summaries and reports based on research findings.
**Requirements**:
- **2 year + Legal Administration Experience**:
- **Experience dealing with United States Court Proceedings**:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in legal research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Possibility of working some days from home once comfortable with role
Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
