LCCOS holds the UK Customer Service Excellence (CSE) Award, The National Archives (TNA) Archives Service Accreditation, and Arts Council England Museum Accreditation. The combined staff in UCL LCCOS totals around 440.

**About the role**:
The Collection Management team within LCCOS Museums & Cultural Programmes directly manages our collections care and conservation programme and is responsible for object storage, transportation and documentation alongside managing our flagship teaching space the Object Based Learning Laboratory.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Duties and responsibilities include administration of long and short-term loans, acquisitions, and disposals. The post holder will help develop and implement collections management policies and procedures and contribute to strategic planning as well as provide support from time to time to other collection holding departments.

This role may in part be suitable for remote working. The role holder will be expected to work a minimum of 40% [or more, if applicable] of their time on campus. The pattern of on-campus and remote working will be agreed with the role holder.

**About you**:
Applicants should have registrarial experience gained at an accredited museum or gallery and experience of developing and implementing collections management policies and procedures. You will have the ability to work effectively at pace, prioritise and identify potential problems and propose and implement solutions.
