**About the role and the team**

As Mentoring Coordinator, you will responsible for development and delivery of activities in the Bromley and Brent projects to promote the Depaul Mentoring programme.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for recruiting and interviewing potential volunteers and getting them onboarded; thereby ensuring that the services have significant volunteer input.

In addition, you will deliver in-depth induction and training programme for volunteers and provide support and supervision to them. You also organize mentor match meeting and oversee and review each mentoring match session.

**About you**:
You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.
- Experience working with young people or people who are homeless.
- Highly motivated - to ensuring people who access Depaul services engage in the mentoring programme.
- Highly confident and proactive in various methods of communication.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety and anti-discriminatory working practices, and the implications of both in the working environment.
