The Senior HR Business Partner play a key role in providing HR generalist support in functional areas including employee relations, leadership development, compensation & reward and change projects.

**Key Responsibilities of the Senior HR Business Partner**:

- Partner with business and HR leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and interventions to support the business needs
- Maintain up to date knowledge of employment law and ensure that all policies and procedures reflect current status
- Work in partnership with managers to provide advice and coaching on employment related issues to enable them to effectively handle issues
- Facilitate the annual HR lifecycle including, the annual performance review process, compensation planning and talent management processes.
- Contribute to the development of efficient, scalable HR processes, modified as appropriate to support corporate design and local needs
- Support organisational design and restructuring in multiple jurisdictions
- Keep abreast of employee engagement and morale within business areas

**Skills & Experience required**:

- CIPD qualified (or studying towards qualification)
- 2 years minimum HR generalist experience
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
- Language skills - Italian, German, Dutch or French.
- with HR Project Management
- Strong influencer; proven consulting and coaching skills
- Ability to travel to European offices, often at short notice
