As the HR Business Partner, you will be the driving force behind the successful implementation of human resources strategies within the directorate. Partner with senior leaders to align HR practises with business goals and drive constructive change.

Lead and guide large-scale organisational change projects, ensuring effective workforce transformation.

Proven track record of delivering tangible outcomes that drive organisational success and employee satisfaction.

Familiarity with the national policy context for local government.
