Apprentice Customer Service Advisor

We're on the lookout for ambitious individuals to join our Customer Service Team as Apprentice Customer Service Advisors. Alongside studying a Level 2 in Customer Service, this role will be instrumental in elevating the quality of service we provide to our valued clients and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients and keep their records updated.
- Investigate and solve client queries.
- Chase supporting evidence in relation to client claims.
- Minimise Fee Earner’s workload by being a first point of contact for clients and third parties.
- Being articulate, having a strong communication skill and maintaining professional relationships with internal colleagues, external clients, and third parties.
- Reviewing and referring calls through to the appropriate departments.
- Efficiently manage a task load from the dedicated Customer Service Team task list.

**About You**

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s grades 4 or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English
- Ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and appropriate manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work towards shared goals and objectives.
- Demonstrate effective communication and good interpersonal skills.
- Cooperative and flexible approach.
- Commitment to own personal development.
- IT literate.
