**The role**
**We are looking for a talented individual to join our growing fundraising team and work with a variety of sport, education and charity causes around the world. This role would suit a graduate or someone looking to start a career in the charitable sector.**

As a part of a growing team, this will be a fast-paced and varied role. This role would suit someone who is highly organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key responsibilities include:
Following the completion of our in-house training programme, identify new grant opportunities from trusts, foundations and other institutions that are suitable for our clients
Provide research assistance to the team. This will include regular research into the grant funding landscape to provide the most relevant opportunities to clients, prospect research on potential corporate partnerships or benchmarking client competitors for analysis
Developing and managing successful relationships with our clients that help them to reach fundraising targets
Deliver exceptional client satisfaction levels through solid account management
Support the wider team as necessary

**What you bring.**
We are looking for an individual who would be a natural addition to our energetic, purpose-driven team: an independent and innovative thinker who enjoys identifying new opportunities and developing high quality and persuasive prose. No previous work experience is required.

Specifically, we are looking for those who can demonstrate:
High quality writing, with the ability to compose compelling content and adapt this to suit different audiences
Excellent time management skills
Inquisitive nature and willingness to learn
Confidence in developing relationships with a range of audiences
Efficiency - the ability to multitask and produce work to tight deadlines - and ability to independently prioritise between tasks with overlapping deadlines
Strong communications skills at all levels and the ability to give information clearly
