Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our Integrated Community Care and Recovery (ICCR) Services in Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will work with adults with mental health difficulties in a Community Mental Health Team setting, providing a range of psychological services including consultation, training, supervision, service development, leadership, and research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality psychological assessments and interventions for clients with complex difficulties
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Doctoral level training in clinical psychology
  • Additional qualifications in an accredited therapy
  • Significant post-qualification experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients with complex difficulties
