We are looking for ambitious, curious individuals who are motivated for a career in professional services to join the firm in September 2023, with a view to complete a 2-year apprenticeship in one of our Business Services areas.

The **A**pprenticeship **C**areer **E**xcellence programme is a structured scheme, combining paid work experience with a qualification suited to your chosen area, lasting for two years in length.

Throughout the apprenticeship you will have the opportunity to learn business skills, develop your professional network, gain practical experience and work on exciting projects with experienced professionals who are dedicated to your development and progression.

**The Team**

The Belfast Legal Support Services team was created over 4 years ago to assist the firm with overall administrative and document support to our legal and business services across the UK. We are a vibrant and inclusive team that thrives on supporting each other.

The Apprentices will rotate across our Document Production and Practice Administration Teams while completing a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with the Belfast Metropolitan College.

**Programme Responsibilities**
- Complete daily assigned work and take advantage of opportunities to build skill set.
- Ensure all deadlines and responsibilities for Belfast Met course requirements are met.
- Display an appropriate level of professionalism at all times when engaging with your team and customers as well as wider Belfast office colleagues.
- Actively contribute to team culture by attending team events and collaborating with colleagues on larger projects.

**A bit about you**
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English, Maths and ICT grades 6-9 (A-C)
- Good understanding of Microsoft office packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- A good understanding of our firm and our values
- Demonstrate a proactive and positive approach to work
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Driven and determined for a career in professional services
