**Estates and Facilities Administrator**
**An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estates and Facilities Administrator to join a leading organisation based in Belfast.**
This is a full-time, Permanent Position
Working hours: Monday - Friday: 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri
**Salary**: £19,000 (rising to £21,500 in April 2023)
**Job Purpose**:
**Essential Criteria**:
- 5 GCSE’s (A-C) or equivalent
- IT literate and proficient in the use of MS office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that the Non-Compliance pathway is adhered to
- Be the first point of contact for all jobs logged via helpdesk
- Responsible for ensuring all work purchase orders are dealt with efficiently
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to meet department contractual requirements
- Assist the Estates Team Lead in the preparation of monthly department KPI’s
- Ability to multitask and prioritise duties and remain focused on relevant tasks, as demands may change
- Producing monthly reports for inspection readiness
- Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of department.
