**Our client is an influential organisation that champions and represents commercial radio in the UK.**:
They are the industry body acting on behalf the nation’s foremost radio brands, to smaller, independent local stations. You will work to provide support for their team across all activities and help ensure the smooth running of operations, so they can maximise the impact of their work with a wide variety of stakeholders, from advertisers and agencies to politicians and regulators.

This role needs someone energetic with strong organisational and administrative skills, committed and willing to learn and comfortable in dealing with people from all levels on multiple issues. The Team Assistant role will provide considerable range and variety, to be involved in supporting the full range of work on behalf of commercial radio.

**Main responsibilities**:
You will report to the Director of External Affairs and Head of Communications but also work across the organisation including directly with the CEO.
- Management of office functions, supplies and relationships with contractors
- Organising and arranging external meetings (contacting attendees, sending agendas, confirming locations and timing, booking rooms and catering)
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with the successful delivery of conferences and events
- Ensuring projects and correspondence are followed up on behalf of CEO
- Acting as main office contact and ‘chaser’ to ensure actions are delivered
- Fielding incoming enquires from member companies
- Completing expenses on behalf of the Leadership Team
- Organising industry training workshops
