**Who will I be working for?**

Our client is a unique, fantastic business operating in an interesting and rewarding field.

**What will I be doing?**

You will be responsible for new business sales in EMEA. Joining a newly formed (and growing) sales team and part of an organisation with a rich history and established presence in a fascinating and rewarding field.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:
Build relationships with new businesses in your given regions/ account list.
- Hit monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales targets.
- Be an expert in six service lines.
- Manage and create a formal regional/ account plan for new business acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal partners (sales, content, executive coaches, client operations, client relations) to deliver an experience for clients and participants.
- Respond to RFPs and direct cross functional teams to align to customer needs and put forth best capabilities during competitive bids.
- Utilise sales software
- Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo IO, HubSpot, and more.
- Land new logo deals and maximise contract value within first year of initial sale.

**What skills and experience are required?**
- 3-5 years in a B2B sales role.
- Ambition and drive
- Adept at assessing a prospect’s needs to get to the crux of their challenge.
- Skilled at insight-based, consultative selling.

**What else do I need to know?**

This is a permanent, full-time position. The role can be fully remote, but there will be a requirement to attend quarterly meetings in Oxfordshire, as well as visit client sites as required.
