Sika Building Finishing is growing to be one of the foremost producers of industrial, ready to use products for the construction and housebuilding industry, offering a wide range of façade solutions to meet the architectural style and finish specified by designers.

Our dedicated team are responsible for targeted growth within the façade market and engage with all stakeholders from specification through to application of our materials. Whether monocouche, heritage or External Wall Insulation systems our team are involved.

Purpose of the Role

Highlighted as an area of importance for Sika, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to enter a business where they can make a real contribution to the long term success of the Building Finishing business, engaging with multiple stakeholders across the industry to drive our Mineral Render, EWI and other façade solutions.

Our goal is to provide the best technical and commercial support to all of our customers and work with the best partners to deliver successful projects. We work as one team to provide trust, the right expertise and support from start to finish and ultimately have fun and celebrate success along the way.

The Opportunity:  

  • Promote our façade solutions across a multitude of stakeholders and decision makers to grow market share within the region
  • Proactively promote our solutions to existing clients as well as targeting new clients to deliver on our market penetration goals
  • Obtain area growth through mineral render and EWI sales

Qualifications

  • An solid understanding of the mineral render and EWI market
  • Experience in managing the relationships with render applicators and distributors is preferred
  • Be able to create and carry out presentations to a range of business types to promote Sika Building Finishing products
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly with new and existing customers
  • Drive, enthusiasm and initiative that matches the current high standards of the existing team
  • Full driving licence
