Advisor Business Systems Support

Do you have SAP / Samson experience and looking to progress into IT? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technician to join our Advisor Business Systems Support Team in Colwick.
You’ll be working within ICT’s other functional areas to help develop, test, deploy, support and troubleshoot all manner of issues that can occur in our end-to-end process for the sales team in home. Experience and understanding of technical products suchas SAP, SAMSON and Android devices (specifically Samsung) alongside knowledge of the Hillarys and Thomas Sanderson product will help you hit the ground running.
**Additional Advisor Business Systems Support Key Responsibilities**:
- Work with users to resolve and report (log) faults and requests within agreed timescales
- Provide call support for Advisors during agreed hours: 08:30-17:00 normal shift hours with a rota on 08:00-16:30
- Control the flow of orders that do not pass through the system automatically (idocs failures)
- Use Tools such as SAP, SUP (SMP), Active Directory and DBvisualiser, to control and monitor User accounts and data/order flow
- Keep up to date with latest promotions and product offerings to support trial groups and launches
- Proactive engagement with Advisors on the Advisor Hub to represent IT with responses to individuals and identification of issue trends and future feature requests
- Create, maintain and remove Advisor SAMSON user accounts from relevant ICT systems
- Complete any necessary administration and work to departmental procedures
- Reports ‘trending’ issues to Manager as and when they are reported by Advisors or observed in day to day operation.
Excellent communication skills are a must for this role, alongside being able to respond to a dynamic workload and the ability to methodically investigate technical issues to reach an effective outcome. You’ll be logically minded with great attention todetail and a passion for solving problems.
