Business Systems Analyst, Store Technology Specialist

Role Overview
As a Business Systems Analyst, Store Technology, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of store technology systems, aligning with business objectives and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain store technology systems, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
- Streamline processes and improve efficiency through automation and optimization, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement innovative store technology solutions, enhancing the retail experience.
- Support the Senior BSA in developing and implementing technical specifications, providing third-line support and root cause analysis during outages.
- Partner with Platform Squads to ensure robust monitoring and resilience of Store Technology systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
Requirements
- Experience in store technology systems configuration and support, with a strong understanding of business processes and technology integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and relationship-building.
- Willingness to provide support outside of core business hours for high-priority issues, ensuring business continuity and customer satisfaction.
