Business Systems Analyst, Store Technology Specialist

As a Business Systems Analyst, Store Technology, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store technology systems. Your primary responsibility will be to configure and maintain these systems, ensuring they align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and maintain store technology systems to meet business requirements.
- Streamline processes and improve efficiency through automation and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive operational excellence and superior customer experience.
- Support the Senior BSA in identifying and implementing innovative store tech solutions.
- Provide technical specifications and third-line support, including root cause analysis during outages.
- Partner with Platform Squads to ensure robust monitoring and resilience of Store Technology systems.
- Experience in store technology systems configuration and support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- Ability to work outside of core business hours for high-priority issues.
