About the Role
Card Factory is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Architect to join its Core Business Systems Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for aligning the design, configuration, and maintenance of SAP ERP systems with current and future business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with Supply Chain, ERP Finance, and stakeholders to drive supply chain innovation and operational excellence.
- Demonstrate the role of ERP technology in achieving Card Factory's objectives and enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Implement standard system configurations to optimize efficiency and minimize external dependencies through internal tools.
- Execute necessary configuration updates for optimal system performance and support teams through testing phases, training, and troubleshooting.
- Design, evaluate, and refine functional workflows and testing procedures to streamline operations.
- Communicate ERP updates and insights with IT departments and governance bodies to drive strategic practices for process and system optimization.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Systems Architecture or a related role, with a strong understanding of SAP ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced, multitasking environments.
- Strong experience in BSA or related role, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Ability to work systematically, prioritize tasks, and resolve problems independently and collaboratively.
