About the Role

The Business Systems Analyst will play a crucial part in the Core Business Systems Team at Card Factory, focusing on SAP ERP systems. This team is responsible for aligning the design, configuration, and maintenance of these systems with current and future business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with Supply Chain, ERP Finance, and stakeholders to drive supply chain innovation and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrate the role of ERP technology in achieving Card Factory's objectives and enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Favor standard system configurations to streamline operations and minimize external dependencies through internal tools.
  • Execute necessary configuration updates for optimal system performance and ensure comprehensive support throughout the system's lifecycle.
  • Support teams through testing phases, training, and troubleshooting, and design, evaluate, and refine functional workflows and testing procedures.
  • Drive innovation in system building, customization, and configuration, and recommend strategic practices for process and system optimization.

Requirements

  • Retail sector Business Systems Architect with strong experience in BSA or related role.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced, multitasking environments.
  • Strong experience in BSA or related role, with a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
  • Desirable: Supply chain ERP, ERP project involvement, change management, and development experience.
