Due to the breadth and complexity of the programme, it requires a strong communications team to deliver the objectives and key messages alongside the co-ordination of the required training to employees who consume the new technologies and services.

We’re looking for a self-motivated, strategically driven Graduate, who has the flair and tenacity to deliver effectively on the communications and training plans working alongside a wide stakeholder group withing our Chief Information Office (CIO)

In this role, we will support you to:

- Identify the required communication streams and channels to support various technology projects, including any strategic Leadership requirements
- Identify the relevant teams/departments that require communicating with through continual stakeholder analysis
- Co-ordinate a collaborative cross project communications plans and deliver on this plan with related artefacts and by compiling and managing RACI charts
- Complete and manage standardised communication templates and agreed checklists to ensure consistency of messaging
- Create and distribute communication materials in line with the agreed communication plan.
- Complete detailed surveys and stakeholder interviews to measure communication effectiveness and success for each project together with related reporting
- Design and deliver a related action plan if the communications didn’t achieve the required outcome.
- Understand current training plans and identify new and relevant training to support the programme and overall demand through a high-level training needs analysis
- Identify which teams/roles will receive the relevant training and organise when relevant and appropriate

You will need to be a graduate with at least a 2.2 bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
