And we understand how frustrating it is to control the risks and everyday challenges of managing an estate, which takes time away from making the positive contribution to the business you want to.

As experts in facilities management, we also offer project delivery, whether we are providing the services or not.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Logging tasks on our system and assigning to a contractor in a timely manner.
- Gaining updates from our contractors, on all open tasks strategically.
- Providing updates on open tasks on a daily basis to the client and key stakeholders.
- Updating our systems to ensure complete transparency throughout our business.
- Working closely with the Account Manager and Project Managers to ensure a one-team approach to management of all maintenance issues.
- Raising purchase orders for approved works.
- Create quotations on our system and distribute to the relevant person in order to gain approval.
**Knowledge and Experience**
- Excellent working knowledge of IT systems - Specifically Excel and Office.
- Previous administration experience.
- Previous experience working within property of facilities management environment is desirable.
