IT Business Analyst

**IT Business Analyst - Infrastructure/Infosec/Cyber Security**

An excellent opportunity for an IT Business Analyst with good knowledge of Infosec and Infrastructure functions to work for our industry leading client based in South West London.

This role will be remote based with trips to the office when required.

The IT Business Analyst will....
- Lead the requirements and scope definition for Information Security programme initiatives. Working collaboratively with stakeholders and technical SME's to explore strategic themes. Shaping early propositions into a set business requirements and scope thatalign to the target roadmap, will meet the strategic intent and value drivers.
- Own the creation and articulation of business requirements feeding into and supporting the subsequent design for programme delivery team(s). Ensuring standards are met which clearly describe the scope of the proposition, supports the transition from businessrequirements to solution design and shows a clear line of sight' from strategy to execution and business benefits realisation (through mapping to OKR's & KPI's).
- Be responsible for defining, preparing, and modelling the current and future state ( as is' and to be') business process flows that can be used to clearly identify gaps, required change, associated impact and help define priority. Support the principles,direction, and standards as it relates to the existing business process framework.
- Work with the Security and Enterprise Architect(s), to assist with developing a structured strategy and business design relating to the platforms and technology based on business needs and strategic direction, to ensure integrity to programme/portfoliodesign.
- Support the Programme Director and Sponsor with the development of business cases and associated investment based on evidence validated with stakeholders across the organisation. Incorporation of an outline of the anticipated benefits, design choices, costs,risks and issues, whilst considering and aligning to appropriate governance

Our client is looking for an IT Business Analyst with the following experience;
- Proven background working as a Business Analyst
- Previous experience working on either Information Security/Cyber Security/IT Security projects and Infrastructure projects
- Strong experience in requirements gathering
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
