Are you a Payroll Specialist looking for an exciting new role?

We are working with a very well-respected Financial Services firm to find a Payroll and Benefits Analyst to support in the delivery of a robust payroll operation Based in their southwest London office, offer a hybrid working pattern.

In this role, you will assist the wider Payroll and Benefits team to ensure high-quality customer service to all business units within divisions whilst further ensuring that the team meets agreed service performance levels. You will also act as a main pointof contact for any relevant queries.

As the Payroll and Benefits Analyst, your main tasks will include, but are not limited to:

- End to end payroll processing
- Administration of the company benefit schemes
- Preparing and distributing monthly reports on payroll and benefits
- Ensuring that all governance and compliance requirements are met
- Processing SMP/SPP’s
