**Client Services & Logistics Administrator**
**About us**:
Pro FS is an independent, family run business who provide 3PL fulfilment services to international e-commerce retailers from our UK warehouses to customers globally.
We store, manage, and ship our client’s stock, fulfilling orders on their behalf. We work very closely with our clients becoming part of their team, as they are outsourcing a key component of their business to us.
We are currently looking to appoint a Client Services & Logistics Administrator.
As one of the Client Service & Logistics Administrators, you will be part of the Administration
Department. You will be responsible for acting as a liaison between our Clients, the Operations
Team, and our Postal & Courier Service Providers. You will be providing product/service information and resolving any emerging problems for our clients. The tasks are varied, and no two days are ever the same
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as first point of contact to all clients.
- Communicate and coordinate with postal and courier service providers and as necessary.
- Work closely with the operations team for inventory accuracy, scheduled inbound/outbound shipments, and order processing status.
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve all client complaints related to our service products and operations.
- Monitor and keep track of shipping claims against carriers for clients.
- Coordinate with management team to stay updated on our service offering and operation procedures.
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required.

**Requirements**:
- Ability to communicate clearly and precisely, excellent written and verbal English language skills.
- A methodical and organised approach to work
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Willing to show initiative.
- Fast-learner, resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- 2+ years’ experience in administration mandatory
**Preferable**:
- Background in transportation, 3PL/e-commerce fulfilment, or logistics
- Previous experience working with postal and courier services (Royal Mail, EVRi, DPDLocal,
Whistl, FedEx, etc.)
- If you have worked in a warehouse that would be a bonus too
**Terms**:
- Standard pay rate between £27 500.00 and £29 000.00 per annum, pro rata depending on experience and skills. (standard shift 37.5 hrs per week)
- Approved overtime paid at 1.5 x hourly rate.
- 28 days holiday per annum including UK public holidays (increasing after 3 years’ service)
