We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join us at our warehouse in Stakehill with two days per week working from home, on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide world-class service to our wide range of customers.

Liaising with external suppliers and couriers, you will update customers with information regarding their deliveries. You will manage our online platforms as well as our internal ERP system and provide support and training to our offshore customer service team.

**Additionally, you will**:

- Monitor feedback and reviews
- Maintain brand value in all of your activities
- Complete a range of admin tasks including chargebacks

About You

**To join us as a Customer Service Specialist, you will need**:

- Previous customer service experience in a call centre environment, including the ability to remain flexible and calm
- The ability to make on the spot decisions based on company policy and customer situation
- The ability to take Ownership and use initiative
- Solid organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
