**Full job description**
**Main purpose and objective of the role**
In accordance with the company's operating manual for passenger and baggage standards, assist station in completing flight operational service tasks. coordinate emergency response procedures in urgent situations, communicate and coordinate with various airport departments and ground handler. record and produce operational reports to ensure that flight safety and services meet standards.
**Key responsibilities**
- Adhering closely to the company's operating manual to ensure passenger and baggage services meet company standards
- Carry out all key operational tasks, as outlined in the Operations Manual, related to Flight preparation, Passenger Check-in, Flight departure, Final brief, Managing delays and Freight and Dangerous Goods transportation
- Coordinating and executing emergency response procedures in urgent situations to ensure the safe operation of flights
- Ensuring effective communication with other Teams and clients to maximise co-operation and working together to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation
- Recording and producing operational reports, providing timely feedback on operational data to assist in improving service quality
- Ensuring all paperwork and administrative duties are completed in a timely manner and relevant information is forwarded where appropriate
- Perform other tasks assigned by the station manager
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in English, inclusive listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Additional language skills such as Mandarin would be an advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work efficiently in a complex environment
- Excellent team Collaboration skills, able to establish positive working relationships with different departments and agencies.
- Previous experience in a similar Aviation Operational, customer service or travel role first
- Flexible to work shifts such like which are 4 earlies and 2 off
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
